Employees need not have bank accounts and will still have easy access to their pay – while providing you with freedom from the bookkeeping hassles of issuing and reconciling pay checks.
BRANDS offers another great time-saving service: pressure sealed, pre-signed paychecks. With each payroll you will receive your paychecks already signed with an electronic signature and sealed in a self-mailing envelope; ready for distribution or direct mailing to employees.
How do we achieve this? First, you provide a copy of the appropriate signature. Then, using state of the art equipment, we scan the signature into our secure system and auto sign your payroll checks. The checks are then pressure sealed in self-mailing envelopes. If you prefer, you can choose only our signature service. You’ll receive your checks electronically signed, but not in envelopes.
