Our Story

Back in 1975, payroll was a far cry from today's modern systems—it was manually processed in front of a cash register in real-time.

Since those early days, Brand's has come a long way, embracing advancements in technology and adapting to ever-changing tax regulations.

Hershy Weiser, now Brand's CEO, fondly recalls his beginnings with the company. He started by working alongside his father, who was an employee for the original Mr. Brand. Back then, paychecks were delivered with a special stamp.

Years later

Hershy's involvement deepened when Mr. Brand fell ill and Hershy stepped in to help while working in construction. Recognizing Hershy's dedication and impact, Mr. Brand offered him the opportunity to take over the company.

With Hershy's leadership, Brand's has continued to evolve as a family business that focuses on payroll, timekeeping, onboarding, and HR services, catering to mid-sized businesses with its comprehensive solutions. Submit payroll on time and we guarantee all tax deposits will be made on schedule. If we're at fault, we’ll cover any penalties or interest.

“On time” = Payroll submitted 2 business days before check date and fully funded 1 day before.
